From #drq: I’m always talking about the importance of #exercise to #breasthealth. I walk the walk! At least 2.5 hours a week of vigorous (huffing and puffing) exercise reduces the risk of #breastcancer and it also drops the chance of #breastcancerrecurrence. My exercise looks like this: online, at home, live-streaming or pre-recorded. It does not get any easier than rolling into your perfect home space in complete privacy, on your own time! This morning, I did a live class with @forzag, whom I first discovered on @alomoves. These are two great resources that keep me moving. I’m also loving the @fitonapp. I’m exercising pretty much every day. It’s been a hard habit to create but now it’s a hard habit to break. Fitness is different for everyone and it’s important to know about all of the options available. What type of exercise would YOU like to explore?
